Dear writer , what does it mean when a question requires me to do metrics, success criteria for your project, out of them: - 3-4 tangible, - 2-3 intangible (customer satisfaction, staff morale, etc.) I don't know how should I apply this question to my project , then the question say this assignment you show, how a project manager can prove the project success. To have 6-7 metrics, which clearly prove that the project is successful, meets its goals (established in the Charter) and gains customer satisfaction (if applicable). Can you please explain to me how may i apply these criteria to my project assignment and help me understand what exactly to do
