DECOMPLICATUION PIZZA Based on the Seminar 7 reading on GM, large company challenges, and the appeal of High-Velocity Organizations, do the following: 1) Pick a large company that you believe shows signs/symptoms of these challenges

1.1) Describe what the main 'complicating' issues are and what 'decpmplicated' objectives are desirable. (Remember the emphasis in this course is Management and Leadership not Strategy , Marketing , Finance , or Supply Chain , etc., although these may be underling factors.)

2) Formulate a 'decomplication' pizza, that is specific to your chosen company. The idea is to chunk out the issues that create complexity, so that they can be addressed ( consumed ) one-by-one, in an efficient ( enjoyable ) manner, to yield a productive ( satisfying ) outcome.

2.1) include a custom-created graphic with the summary actions. Keep your pizza slices between 5 and 7, and they MUST address all the Management and Leadership challenges that the company's principals must address. 2.2) follow with an explanatory table that lists the specific factor(s) that the each pizza slice addresses, and the related gains (toward high-performance) that the company will experience.
