Dee Hilly is the President of D.Hilly Games of the Future.This successful computer design company designs video games and sells them to Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft. D.Hilly started the company 5 years ago; since then it has grown into the second largest video game design company in North America, with annual sales of over $10,000,000.

As the company grew bigger Dee began hiring managers to help her handle the different functions of the company such as marketing, sales and production. However, she discovered that managers were spending a lot of time solving the day to day problems of the staff. This resulted in missed deadlines, an increase in over-time and decline in product quality. She believes that the managers are not managing their time properly and is considering hiring each of them an assistant to help them stay on track. Lately shes noticed that morale has been low and 3 of her employees who have been with the company since the beginning have quit. Sick days have increased by 10% over last year. Dee is considering implementing a job enhancement program but feels it would be costly and take up a lot of a lot of time to coordinate it.

Dee has hired you as a consultant to get the company back on track. She has provided you with a current organizational chart, but feels that there is room for improvement.
