Define a piece of text in HTML that will be used for our mouseover purposes.

When the user does amouse over or a mouse out the text be will change in the following ways:

• The font size will either increase or decrease based upon whether a mouseover or a mouseout occurred
• The font family will either change based upon whether a mouseover or a mouseout occurred
• The text color will change based upon whether a mouseover or a mouseout occurred
• The position of the text will change based upon a mouseover to a mouseout occurred
