Define and describe the purpose of self-reflection for the following: As a coach, it's crucial to self-reflect and evaluate whether you are fully utilizing your skills and abilities. I often ask for feedback from my players and parents throughout the season. I crave an understanding of any opportunities for improvement I may have to improve myself as a coach or as a program director. I want to be an effective communicator for my team. I like to continuously evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. I hope to be inspiring and use motivational tactics to inspire and drive my team towards their goals. If I'm not fully utilizing these skills, I am potentially missing out on opportunities to ensure my team's success. It's not just about having these abilities, but about actively applying them in my role as a coach.
