DegPhi is a company that receives orders from its clients and stores it in their system. Order is done via order line, which is over the phone. Order line is used to store information on product, quantity and price, so that the customer can listen and make their choice. Information about the customer that needs to be stored includes name, address and credit rating. DegPhi may have two different types of customers; Corporate Customers and Personal Customers. Apart from the normal information collected about customers, Corporate Customers are also required to give their credit limit to DegPhi. Personal Customers, however, are only required to give their credit card number. Corporate Customers are required to remind DegPhi of new orders. Order that is placed will include information on the date order was placed, product ID, price per unit and whether there it is from a prepaid account. Order from a customer with poor credit rating must be prepaid. Order can be dispatched or closed. C.
