Delightful Décor is well situated within Niagara Falls, known for rich history, numerous public events, vibrant downtown district, charming bed and breakfast options, and, seasonal tourism.
As Delightful Décor grows, so does their number of employees. Lately, Delightful Décor has noticed that they are no longer operating with the same customer service they once had. Customer complaints have been increasing as well as interpersonal conflict amongst staff. In addition, employee retention has dropped considerably. Delightful Décor is finding it more difficult these days to attract a suitable candidate pool to fill the increasing vacancies, let alone the positions they need to fill as they expand the business.
The company’s vision, mission and values have always guided the owner of Delightful Décor, Mr. Bouchard. Mr. Bouchard believes in his products and chooses each piece of merchandise with care. Mr. Bouchard has always considered his customers as his guests and has treated each visitor with care and consideration.
