Delivery and Action Plan:

1. build a team of dedicated staff members to provide social-emotional support services. This team should consist of school counselors, psychologists, social workers, and/or other mental health providers.

2. Establish a referral process for identifying students with social-emotional needs.

3. Implement evidence-based social-emotional learning interventions and programs, such as mindfulness, social skills groups, and individual counseling.

4. Provide professional development for staff on social-emotional learning and evidence-based interventions.

5. Establish a system for regularly evaluating the progress of students receiving social-emotional services.

6. Establish a system of support for parents and families of students receiving social-emotional services.

7. Develop a system of communication between the social-emotional support team, school personnel, parents, and other stakeholders.

8. Implement system-wide initiatives designed to promote social-emotional learning, such as school-wide assemblies, classroom activities, and school-wide events.
