Dell Burnhart, Jr. is driving southbound on Summerlin going 50 mph in a 50 mph zone. A FSW student on a long-board skateboard crosses against the light and directly into traffic believing that he can make it. It is nearly sunset and Dell does not have his lights on. He tries to swerve out of the way but in the process he sideswipes a Ford Crown Victoria driven by an 87-year-old snowbird who happens to be driving 23 mph in the 50 mph zone with his right blinker on in the left lane. While sideswiping the Crown Victoria, Dell also fails to miss the skateboarder and clips him as well. He sends the skateboarder barreling across the highway and into the northbound lane where a large rhinoceros who had recently escaped from Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus sees him, believes he is a wildebeest, and charges after him goring him to death. Without the goring by the rhinoceros, the injuries would have been limited to some abrasions and a broken clavicle. Describe the liability for all of the parties involved. Discuss the potential for damages in the case and how the jury may calculate them
