Men are paid more than women furthermore employees with an educational background are compensated more than those who have gained experience working in the field. Those who only have on-the-job training/ experience instead of an educational background may also be skipped over and ignored when it comes to promotion. Another disparity is women being prevented from advancing to leadership positions
