Delta Enterprises is a new IT company that has recently started up in Calgary. They've been in business for about six months and currently have 20 full-time employees but will be aiming to increase in size to about 50 employees in 2021. Because they still consider themselves a start-up company and have been so focused on developing their new products and services, they don't yet have very mature HR processes (and don't even have any HR professionals on staff yet!). So, they've contact you, a local HR expert and consultant, to help them develop and offer a number of programs and practices that will fit their needs, and the needs of their employees.
