Dennis, a pharmacist and a known dealer of the drug Ice, enters into a contract with Guam Pharmacy Wholesalers for the purchase of 30 cases of Sudafed, four Bunsen Burners, a scale, as well as dozens of other prescription and non-prescription drugs.Under the contract, the items are to be sold in Dennis' soon to open Pharmacy.Due to Dennis' prior arrest on an unrelated matter, Dennis loses his pharmacy license after receiving the items ordered from Pharmacy Wholesalers.Dennis is unable to open his pharmacy and is also unable to pay for the items.
