The case: Mr. Khalfan is a member of the event management team in Modern Event Management Company LLC with five other members and a team leader. This team is in-charge of planning the winter picnic for all the Telecom Company employees and their families. The manager informed that the promotions of the team members would depend on the success of this event. The team leader took the initiative and booked Jebel Shams Resort for the event without discussing it with Mr. Khalfan and the other members.
