Department of Defense Budget - There can be changes made in the way the Pentagon spends money without adversely impacting our national security interests. An example of this is the $4.6 million dollars spent on lobster and crab, as well as a $9,000 leather chair (Rempfer, 2019). I don't know about you but when times are tough at home and spending cuts need to be made - we aren't going out for fancy seafood dinners nor buying new luxury furniture... why should our tax dollars be spent this way?
