Dependents and Filing Status Assignment (i know this is a personal activity but do the question as if it was you being asked )

To help review the rules for dependents and filing statuses you will be creating some method of conveying the information below. You should explain the information as if explaining it to an individual with no tax or accounting background. Explaining it in such a way will aid you in your understanding of this disciplinary knowledge. This may be a pamphlet, blog post, video, podcast, etc., but it must be something you can turn in digitally. 5 points will be awarded for creativity and effort, 5 points will be awarded to each of the items below.

Must include:

1. Who may be claimed as a qualifying child
2. Who may be claimed as a qualifying relative
3. An overview of the filing statuses for individual taxpayers
