Dept. Goal - Department employees will provide tutoring or Stem classes at local schools for a total of 100 hours over the next year. Measurement - 80% of all department employees will participate. . . The first session will be offered within 2 months, with additional sessions being scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance. 100 hours of tutoring or classes will be provided over next 12 month.
