Apply the relevant concepts and methods from this course to your decision problem and compare the decision outcome to your own real decision. Specifically, the application of decision analysis concepts and methods including SMART, decision trees, sensitivity analysis, risk and utilities, measuring probabilities, etc. where appropriate and with relevant data is desirable.
