Each member of the board plays an important role in ensuring that the club continues to thrive and meet the needs of its members. The board is responsible for the enactment of regulations (bylaws, rules, resolutions) to ensure club policies align with the clubs mission. Other areas the board oversees is the financial and legal responsibilities it has to its members.
