Describe a workplace or faWhen I quit my bartending job a few years ago, it was because I felt like I couldn't do much to change anything. We had gotten a whole new management team and I was there for a month and a half before I couldn't take it anymore. My schedule was completely flipped around and interfered with my school schedule and I spoke with management about it on three separate occasions. Not only that, they were scheduling me as a server instead of a bartender. I was not willing to sacrifice my education to be a server. During the two years there, I met a lot of people and had many opportunities for personal growth. I was pretty savvy with my money so I focused on school for 6 months before looking for another part-time jobmily conflict that you have experienced recently. What made the conflict arise?
