Describe an additional strategy the leader could use to minimize resistance to change. I personally was resistant to the change just because it's uneasy not having someone to back you up or lean on that was in a higher position. I didn't trust the two supervisors, and I was unconfident that the change would succeed. The supervisor that had stepped down was one of the best bosses my team has had (collectively agreed by my team) so we were unconvinced we would get something better
