Describe how projects are managed inside your organization (current or previous). If you do not have any exposure to project management, then consider this course a personal project and answer the following questions. Be sure to include several perspectives in your answers including:

• Organizational structure strengths and weaknesses
• Project management maturity (Formal, informal)
• Project initiating process
• Project-related committees (Project review, project change, etc.,)
• PMO

In response to your peers, compare your environment with theirs. Explore which organizational environment is better and why.
