Describe which response you think is "better" and why it is better by critiquing the strengths and weaknesses of each style. Once someone has used a leadership style in one scenario, please choose others or other scenarios.

Scenerio 2: You have been working hard, and it has paid off. You received your first promotion and are now part of the management team. As you start your shift, your manager hands you keys and says, "If you run into any difficulties, give me a call." Then, she leaves. There are three other workers on this shift with you. Paulina's been with the company for a few years. After about an hour, her boyfriend shows up to bring her lunch. He breezes right past you at the counter and heads toward the breakroom, carrying a few bags of what smelled like barbecued chicken.
You know that only authorized employees are allowed past the counter and that employees' valuables are often stored in the break room. While there are locker stalls there, they are unlocked. Furthermore, while the breakroom is there for relaxing, employees are not meant to eat in it. There was a rat infestation last year, which was expensive to address, and since then, corporate has responded by requiring employees to eat outside. Although no eating is allowed, the brand-new couch is very comfortable. It was a replacement for the last couch which apparently had eaten food that fell between the cushions. Employees have been playing loose with this rule in the last month, sneaking snacks into the breakroom. Your boss also had a sandwich in there during the last shift that you and she worked together. What do you do?
