Describe Instrumentation as per below.

Data will be collected through interviews, document analysis, procedures and manuals and artifacts. Meetings will be conducted using the teleconferencing application, zoom for approximately 30 minutes. Audio recordings will be transcribed digitally to facilitate data analysis. Interviews will be the primary source of data collection and will be conducted using open-ended and semi-structured questions regarding the experiences and perceptions of the managers. Interviews will be used to express views and opinions which will help to understand ethical decision-making and its inconsistencies among leaders. Consent forms will be signed by each participant prior to scheduling the interviews. To facilitate engagement, the interviews will be conducted in a conversational manner and audio recorded to support transcription of notes. Document analysis, policies , procedure manuals will also be used to collect the data.
