Describe the activities of a cost management control system.

We are defining an enterprise as an organization which has a purpose to provide for others. This can be a governmental unit (Federal, state, or local), a business (Large corporation to small proprietorship), or a non-profit operation (such as a hospital or service organization). Once you select this enterprise, you should be dedicated to using this same enterprise to answer all the discussion board questions for this class.

Select an enterprise that has a relationship to you could be your work, your family member's work, your school, your church...these are a few examples. Do not give the proper name of the enterprise in your posts. In this discussion board, please answer the following questions:
