Describe the channels of distribution structure I will use to get my product  into the market. Identify: The rationale for the structure I have selected. How I will work with my channel members to help them promote my product to the ultimate consumer. What should my channel members expect from me, the manufacturer (marketer) of my product? How will my organization be structured to accomplish this? If I will have a sales force (or someone who assumes the selling function), discuss the selection, compensation, training, and management of my sales staff.  Describe how I will provide the services that I will offer my target market. As a service provider, describe my physical facility, how I will deliver my service, and other aspects that suggest I aM taking that which is intangible and making it tangible.
