          There are 35 people that make up the sales team at XYZ Company and are generally happy with their employment. While they love the difficulties of working in a very competitive field, they believe that management does not give them enough credit or encourage them enough. These employees report a level of job satisfaction that falls somewhere in the middle. A number of workers have expressed that they are overworked and that they do not have a healthy balance between their job and personal lives. Also, a number of workers have voiced their dissatisfaction with the commission structure, stating that they do not believe it to be fair or transparent.

           The sales staff at XYZ Company is extremely motivated and dedicated to reach their objectives. In order to do so, they put in a lot of effort. They are always looking for fresh approaches that will allow them to achieve their goals and enhance their performance. Nonetheless, a number of workers have reported that they lack the motivation to work hard since management does not recognize or promote their efforts.

          Collaboration and effective teamwork are good traits of the XYZ Company sales force, which has a solid reputation across the industry. They are always eager to extend a helping hand to one another and look out for each other's best interests.They encourage one another and are ever ready to help each other. On the other hand, a few of the staff members have expressed their belief that the management does not recognize or appreciate their contributions to the team.

           At XYZ Company, the sales team takes ownership of the company's purpose and values. They are dedicated to providing outstanding service to their customers and producing items of the highest possible quality. Yet, some workers have voiced their opinion that they believe the actions made by management do not always represent the principles that the organization upholds.  The sales team at XYZ Company is comprised of a broad set of people that contribute a variety of talents and experiences to the jobs that they play. On the other hand, a few of the staff members have expressed their opinion that they do not believe there is sufficient diversity and inclusion within the team, and that the management might do more to promote the principles they hold dear.
