All publish articles on the economy in the U.S. and address housing trends. Your search may be focused on trends in the United States in general or more locally, such as in Southern California. Read articles discussing these trends by various real estate economists and write a paper on the various viewpoints and your opinion as to where you see the real estate market going based on these articles, state whether you agree or disagree with any of these economists and why. This assignment should be approximately one page and a half in length and double-spaced. Prof OVA
