Description of the problem/issue in HR department: The previous management of the company sold the company due to the retirement of the owner. Most of the employees of the organization left the job due to the change of management and found new jobs. For some time, the organization suffered from a lack of efficient employees, and its performance and profitability decreased drastically. The new manager doubted whether the company would be able to stand again at its previous high position. Managers decided to quickly start recruiting new employees for vacant positions. There were not even enough HR coordinators in the HR department to take care of the new hires. Only the human resources manager and the company's financial manager remained in their positions. By hard-working and posting job openings on social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Indeed, they received resumes from applicants and selected the best ones that looked the most professional
