Description: This assessment task comprises. of three [3} insession practical tasks that need to be performed during designated sessions as arranged by your trainerz'assessor. Tasks can be run over different session to coincide with relevant tutorials. Task 1: Generate System Report In this task, you will be evaluating performance of a Personal Computer [PC] and an attached {or networked} printer based on the following criteria; I CPU speed I l'v'iemory {total and in use] I Hard Disk health {CHKDSK}, capacity and usage I Graphics card type and capacity I Time taken to load a graphics program (e.g. InDesign] I Ability to open and save a large graphic {>2 ME} I Running a large video clip {slut} ME} I Sound card type and capacity I Computer boot time I Printing capabilities and performance Test the above criteria for your PC by interpreting system information and running the required programs. Take note of the outcomes and submit the final analysis. Where needed, take screen shorts as evidences. To test printer's performance, check manufacturer' s manual for specifications and take notes on printer capabilities. Further, implement and physically demonstrate the procedure for changing the printer toner according to the instructions manual
