Design a Fraud Prevention Detection Algorithm -(Inputs and Outputs)

A Fraud Detection/Prevention Algorithm, just the inputs and outputs (not the code) require knowledge of all topics covered during the FAC823 semester. An Algorithm is a list, a set of step-by-step procedures. Algorithms are critical in today's business (online, computer, electronic, network) environments.

Algorithms play critical roles in today's risk management and internal control environment, computer environment regarding both internal and external audit including fraud prevention and detection. Fraud prevention and detection extends to and includes risk management, internal control (internal or external audit), and fraud risk issues (investigative or fraud audit).

As a risk, fraud risk, internal or external audit consultant (consulting team) develop a fraud detection, prevention, or related algorithm for an organization. Note that the code is not required, just the inputs and expected outputs.

So we're going with CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I need inputs - transactions which the company has done in terms of expenses, related to vendors...anything related to expenses.
