• The customers who decide their order when they arrive at the servicing counter have a TRIA distribution of (1.5.202.2d) for the service (processing) time.
• The percentages are 70% and 30%. This means, 70% have decided on their order already and 30% decide the order at the counter.
• Finally, there is an additional process of preparing the orders in the kitchen which follows a time of UNIF distribution (0.5, 1).
