Design a parking lot display system for a closed area parking consisting of 4 parking spaces per floor as shown in diagram below. The system will assist the driver by displaying total available parking for each floor. You are required to design and test the system prototype for a single floor. You can design the system according to your idea and creativity, but you must use Quartus 9.1 software to write VHDL code to design the system and run the simulation to prove your system functionality.
