Design a PowerPoint presentation to be used in training new staff at the Northwest Mental Health Hotline. • What psychotherapies and pharmacotherapies often used in the treatment of PTSD to ensure staff is aware of both.
• What are at least two different gender identity theories and how they can be used in relevant mental health conversations.
• What are some useful references resources and include additional relevant resources for staff to provide to callers. Include at least two resources for each mental health concern addressed in the presentation.
