Design a questionnaire of 20 questions that you are going to use to interview victims of the Durban flooding that occurred on 11 April 2022. The questionnaire will try to find out what was the effect of the flooding on food security for the affected homes.

Hint: Use all different types of questions to get maximum marks (i.e. questions that contains continuous ,discrete, nominal, ordinal, and scale data). The questionnaire should have two sections : Section A-Demographic and socio economic information, mad section B- Food security Questions.
