Design a VHDL code for two-way traffic light, the traffic light contains the following ICs (555 timer, 4017 counter, 7402 quad 2 - input NOR Gate, 7425 qual 4 - input NOR Gate) respectively. The aim for using NOR gate is to convert OR gate to NOR gate.
