Situation #2 Married Couple age 28. Total savings & inherited investment portfolio $75,000. (You have to select investments for these assets.) The couple are earning a total of $100,000 per year and will invest $4,000 into an IRA this year, bring the total IRAs to $12,000. Goals are to save for home ownership with in the next two years.
