Design and Analysis of Roof Truss for COMSAT Parking Stand. Objective: The objective of this project is to familiarize the students with the Steel structure Design & Analysis. This project will familiarize students with roof truss design including trusses, other related components and estimate various load combination and calculation. Project Details: A parking stand in COMSAT University will construct. Combination of different Steel structure will be used in Parking stand steel. Roof of parking stand will made up of truss including other related components like purlins, sag rods, corrugated sheets etc. This project will enable students to use their course work learning in real time situations. Following steps should be followed to perform the assigned work: Collection of data. Area, Length, Width, Hight Calculation of Loads and Type of Truss. Analysis of Truss by manual or Software.
