Design and implement counter can count from zero until approach the last $4$ digit of student ID$.$ When the last $4$ digit of student ID appear the counter stop.

For example: If your Student ID is $44001234$

The counter will count from $0000$ to $1234$ and stop

That number will appear on seven segment
