Design portfolio assessment system for use in Mathematics to assess student mastery in the 2-D shapes and 3-D shapes in Geometry. 

 

The portfolio assessment document to your students must outline:

a)    the purpose of the portfolio;

b)    the names of five (5) work samples/artefacts that students would be asked to produce;

c)    how the portfolio would be maintained and used;

d)    the assessment criteria for evaluating any ONE named work sample/artefact.

e)    provide a suitable scoring rubric to evaluate the overall portfolio.

f).   prepare suitable checklist for the students to evaluate their work for any ONE named work sample/artefact.
