*Each student will be required to design a report that discusses the proper guidelines that should be used, based on research, to design teams in the workplace. The report should be developed as a potential guide for other managers. The report should at least contain the following: 1) type of team, 2) why it is important to identify team purpose and goal(s), 3) how to identify/select team members, 4) effective size (number of members) and explain why, 5) how teams are evaluated, 6) how to determine rewards for teams, and 7) how to manage challenges and issues associated with team decision-making. Each numbered item above should have a separate section with headers. Internet research is needed to design this report. Please include a bibliography list.
