Despite the 2018 tax bill, which theoretically reduced taxes across the income distriubtion, U.S. income inequality has been increasing not decreasing. The COVID19 pandemic is further increasing income inequality in the U.S. Name at least two reasons that U.S. income inequality has been increasing because of the 2018 tax bill and how Covid-19 will only accelerate that increase.
