He was also warned by the other guests, that it \"looked dangerous,\" but the victim apparently didn't heed their warnings. They all told him to leave right before the accident and some even said that the victim was upset because \"his girlfriend had just dumped him again.\" Now the tenant's family is suing Kidd individually, \"trying to take him for everything he's worth.\" They led a fraud/contract case. Kidd has already consulted with a lawyer. She claims that without the existence of a written lease, the decedent's family has no claim; in fact, in her opinion, the tenants were nothing more than trespassers, let alone that the decedent was merely a friend of a friend.
