During the negotiation, B told his tender life story to A. The life story moved A, so he decided to gratuitously gave his condominium unit to B which is entered into and accepted into orally.

4.Sale of shares of stock made orally between an existing stockholder and a potential investor with amount of P500. It will be delivered by giving the Certificate of Stock, a valid constructive delivery, but payment will happen after one week.

5.A 17-year old student orally entered into a 5-year contract of lease of car at a rent of P500/year with a Toyota Leasing Company.

6.An oral contract of sale of car for P1,000 between H and W who are married to each other on August 3, 1988 to be delivered and be paid on their anniversary next week.

7.F is a farmer who entered into a contract of loan with a Rural Bank in their town amounting to P500 with a real estate mortgage, done orally, over the farmer's land. The cash is delivered after their agreement. However, the bank's legal counsel executed a deed pacto de retro sale. (Status of contract of loan and real estate mortgage)

9.Oral contract entered by A and B when in A's knowledge that the contract is one of commodatum, on the other hand, B thought that the contract is one of deposit.

10.Written contract of sale of original Hermes Bag from United States between Jinkee and Money worth five million pesos. It was executed in a public instrument. At the time of delivery, Money delivered a fake bag which is believed to be bought from Divisoria.

11.An oral contract of sale of forest land and national park by the President to China at a selling price of P 100M with partial payment of P20M, which was accepted by the President.

12.I, an insane, orally sold a Marijuana at a price of P 1,000 even though its book value is P1,500, to Me, another insane person. Delivery and payment have not yet been made because I did not have enough money at that time, which Me agreed.
