? Type of work it does ? Who it serves ? Size (it can be any size from 15 to 75 people) ? Geographic location 2. Briefly describe the legislation that informs your plan. 3. Describe a comprehensive description of diversity (e.g., race, colour, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, socio- economic status, age, physical and mental ability). Be sure to address Indigenous peoples and people with disabilities in your broad description. Address the benefits to the organization of a diverse workforce. 4. Provide a plan to attract and retain a diverse staff. Include how to address harassment, discrimination, suggestions of reverse discrimination, and the duty to accommodate. Identify any bona fide occupational qualifications (BFOQs). Focus on a diversity and inclusion approach.
