I just want to see if I'm on the right path with this...

I would like to develop this using my work experience at month end. I am an accountant and I have a list of month end tasks for Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4. There are some tasks (Journal entries) that are bit and tedious and can be started to save time before month end starts which would enable me to get all my month end tasks done on time or if I wait it will take more time to complete month end.

What would by the selection process and the type I and type II errors?
