Develop a social project that offers a solution to a social problem (gender equality, hunger, unemployment, youth problems etc.) analyze the solution in terms of social impact management.
The report will include:
1. The name of the project and a description of the project
2. a. Describe the social problem you're dealing with and its' context (current social/economic/political etc.)
b. Draw your problem tree and objective tree
3. a. Make your the stakeholder analysis
b. Segment your beneficiaries in detail
4. Draw your Theory of Change
5. Determine the indicators for measurement of the change(s): determine a set of performance criteria for your impact/change(s) and describe a measurement system (baseline, pre-post test, evaluation surveys etc.) for your project
