The leaders and managers play a significant role in influencing and motivating the employees, ensuring that motivated employees give their best performances, which improves the company's overall productivity (Chen, Jiang, Zhang, & Chu, 2019).
The organization's mission, vision, and value have remained the same, and the company focuses on achieving diversity, growth, inclusion, and expansion.
