Project Title:Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project

Project Scope:MYH would like to develop an Intranet user-friendly platform that allows its employees to enroll in company-sponsored health management and recreational programs. They would like to track employees' engagement data in the system as well as create a reward program to boost engagement and drive attraction to the platform. This product will require a thorough testing process as well as training sessions to ensure its effective use and implementation.

Project Deliverables:

• User-friendly registration interface.
• Database for tracking employee participation data.
• Incentives module with reward mechanisms.
• Training package for users

Product Characteristics and Requirements:

• The product must be compatible with the company's current IT infrastructure, must run under the company's Intranet, and be accessible to all employees
• The product must be a network application or a website
• A comprehensive testing plan must be created to ensure system reliability and testers should be comprised of IT staff as well as beta testers from the user population
• A training program must be created for employees to use the new system effectively. The program should consider in-person and online sessions (synchronous and asynchronous) to allow employees to take the training at their convenience
• The programs and classes on the platform must correspond to employees' expectations and interests collected from the survey
• An incentive program must be created to reward engagement and enrollment
• The product should contain a forum or a community page to allow users to share tips, reviews, and awards
