Explanation for the selection of three different training methods:

• Lecture: This method is chosen because it allows the trainer to present a large amount of information to the trainees in a short amount of time. This is particularly useful for introducing the theoretical aspects of change management.
• Group Discussion: This method is chosen to encourage active participation from the trainees. It allows them to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas about the change. It also helps in clarifying any doubts or misconceptions they might have about the change process.

Role-play and Case Study: These methods are chosen to provide practical, hands-on experience to the trainees. Role-play allows them to enact real-life scenarios and understand how to apply the change management steps in different situations. Case study analysis, on the other hand, helps them to analyze and understand how change management has been implemented in other organizations or in different scenarios. This can provide valuable insights and lessons that can be applied in their own context.
