Develop an Action Plan for your personal development that you will execute over the next six months. You should aim to identify three actions, one for each of the three Cs of Agile Leadership.

This plan should be structured as follows:

1. Principle to which it relates.
2. Action to be taken: what, who, when, how.
3. How will you know it has been successful.
